Reporting to the Manager Site Coordination, Supply and Logistics. The Procurement Core & Return Specialist will work in collaboration with Port & Logistic Leaders, Inventory Specialist &Returns technician to execute the creation, updating and expediting of Return Purchase order for credits and repairs

Main Accountabilities

• Responsible for the creation of all Core for credit and Core for repair Purchase orders leaving site.
• Responsible for updating the core credit values to the purchase orders.
• Responsible for working with the warehouse technician to process the Credit GR’s
• Responsible for generating analytical reports that will be used for the benchmarking and KPI metric.
• Responsible for the creation of core for repair Purchase orders and updating of the repair lines once an estimate is received from the Vendor.
• Responsible for working with the Inventory specialist to track open repair cores to meet that of operations requirements.
• Working in collaboration with the warehouse Supervisor and Superintendents develop and implement a core for credit tracking platform.
• Ensure compliance with codes of practice, procedures and legislation including health and safety.
• Responsible to adhere all organisation policies and procedures.

Main Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Completion of specialized training courses in management, inventory management, or computer software is considered a strong asset
• College diploma in Parts ticket, Supply chain management (PMAC)(CSCP)(CPIM) is an asset
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Supply chain.
• Minimum of Three (3) years Procurement experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years SAP experience.
• 3 years of extensive Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Power point)
• Minimum of two (2) years of core and return processing experience.
• Remote camp/fly-in, fly-out experience
• Arctic experience an asset

• Digital Literacy skills: Knowledge of digital tools and technology. Proficient with standard office software such as Microsoft Office
• Customer/Client Focus skills: Ability to identify and prioritize customer needs and recognise constraints, adopt a professional approach to customers, and seek to provide a better service. Is reliable and delivers on promises.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure that work is completed effectively and deadlines are met.
