We are looking for people ready to share, build, and grow with our company.   Reporting to the Milne Port Environmental Coordinator, the Marine Boat Operator operates the research vessel, a 30 foot aluminum landing craft vessel (twin 250-hp outboards) to assist consultants in their marine programs. The individual will also provide training to the Inuit boat assistants on the safe and proper operation of the Research Vessel. This role involves managing logistics to execute various environmental monitoring programs as required under Baffinland’s permits.

Will also be responsible to coach and enforce BIM’s safety practices and standards and ensure SOP’s are read, signed and understood.

We are looking for people ready to share, build, and grow with our company.   Reporting to the Heavy Duty Mobile Maintenance Superintendent, the Heavy Duty Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the short and long term maintenance activities to enable the timely execution of the maintenance   schedule of the assigned fleet. They will focus on reducing mechanical downtime and ensuring equipment availability to meet production targets. The role will be the liaison between maintenance execution and planning, the operations teams, and reliability for the safe execution of quality work that aligns with the established work management processes.

Consideration will be given to those whom hold multiple Red Seal certificates in other disciplines. These candidates could be subject to a wage premium. This position is a 3 week Fly - In, Fly-Out Rotation and a possibility of working days or nights.

The Senior Project Engineer works with all project stakeholders planning, scheduling, tracking and forecasting budgets, and managing all the technical tasks for the project to ensure accuracy, proper resources, and quality standards are achieved from start to finish. This includes planning, engineering, cost estimation, permitting, construction and equipment scheduling, contracting, procurement, logistics, risk assessment and other activities. The Senior Project Engineer plans, develop, coordinates, and manages various projects at Mary River, Milne Port, and Steensby Port for the construction of buildings, conveyance systems, earth structures, powerhouses, roads, airports, railways, bridges, dams, water management systems, water distribution and sanitation.

Design and deliver assigned projects using the equipment and materials available onsite within approved budget, schedule and quality parameters, and in compliance with established health, safety, environmental, regulatory and internal corporate requirements. Knowledge of Arctic lifecycle management and Arctic engineering principles including use of FEA, CAD software and formal hand calculation is required
